So pretty much, you either love Taco Bell or hate it. I fall into the first category. It was one of the only things I could eat when I was pregnant (weird, huh). I have especially always loved the Chili Cheese Burritos. Oh the beefy, cheesy goodness. Stop me.
Last night I made up a quick appetizer to take to my parents house for NYE and lo and behold, it tasted just like the filling of a Chili Cheese Burrito. Therefore I must make it every day for the rest of my life.
Here's how:
1 brick low-fat cream cheese (because I'm super healthy)
1/3 of a packet of Williams original chili seasoning
1 can Wolf brand chili with no beans
1/2 bag shredded cheddar
Mix cream cheese with chili seasoning, spread into an oven-safe dish. Next, layer the chili on top, followed by the shredded cheese. Bake at 350 until bubbly.
Originally I was going to leave as is, all layered and pretty. My mom stirred it all up before I noticed. BEST MOVE EVER. So yes, when you take it out of the oven, stir it up completely. Eat the entire thing with tortilla chips, or scoop some into a burrito and thank me later.
