A wonderful lady named Teresa Teegarden taught me a variation of this. Here's my version!
Lay a can of crescent rolls in the bottom of a skinny, rectangular dish and press together to cover the bottom of the dish (leave the pointed ends hanging off the sides of the dish). Add spaghetti sauce, then layer in your favorite pizza ingredients (this version contained pepperoni, Canadian bacon, fresh mushrooms, black olives and green peppers), then add a layer of real, sliced mozzarella. Fold pointed ends of the crescents over the top and bake! Sprinkle with seasoning and parmesan. Serve with extra parmesan and crushed red pepper.
