1 package lean ground turkey breast
1/4 white onion, chopped
2 T olive oil
1 t garlic salt
3-4 small sweet peppers, chopped
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1/2 jar salsa
Cook turkey, onion, oil and garlic salt in a stockpot until turkey is no longer pink. Add everything else and bring to a quick boil, then to a simmer for 30 minutes. Spoon it up, add a shake of black pepper and eat it! Spicy!
All of my canned/jarred ingredients were organic and contained no sugar, no high fructose corn syrup or any other weird additives.
